What are the delivery times and costs?
Delivery is handled by DHL, our trusted logistics carrier.

Delivery is free on orders over 250€, except during special periods when shipping fees may be waived or discounted in certain areas.

How do I return an item?
For any item returned within 30 days of receipt of the order, we undertake to refund the Customer to the account used for the purchase (Paypal or payment card), for the price of the product(s) excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the products.
To be accepted, returns must meet the following criteria:
- The product(s) must never have been worn outdoors. The product(s) must be in like-new condition,
- The returned product(s) must match the product(s) delivered,
- The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging in good condition (shoe box not taped), all inside a properly sealed parcel,
- The product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order,
- Empty packaging will result in the refusal of any exchange or refund.
Please note: If the product does not meet our return conditions, we will be unable to accept it. Therefore, if the customer wishes to have their item returned, the return shipping costs are their responsibility.

Return shipping costs are deducted from your order.
